took my car in for it's first schedule maintaince that was suppose to be free for the first 2 years or 25,000 miles. I mentioned to my service advisor that the car was pulling to the right. After 2 hours of waiting the car was done and the car was driving thru the dealers car wash the David Macus advertise free car wash for life. After I got my car back their was grease on my driver seat that the tec could not even scrub off I did it when I got home and the best part about this was not the grease on my light grey cloth interior but the nice white scratch going down the side of my new black car from their car wash. When I confronted them about the scratch they told me "LET ME MAKE A SUGGESTION TO YOU STOP USING OUR CAR WASH THEN!" I then asked to speak to David Macus himself and I was told no he is busy! Wait there are more stories to come.
