I experience rain in 2011 LE camry after we got tons of rain on the driver side and back side. I took the call to the Toyota dearlership, they suggested the windshield was leaking water, so I had a windshield replaced in the car and its still leaking water when it rains. I took the car back to Toyota where they 1st diagnosis the problem and they said they would have keep the car for a full day to run some checks.
I discovered that my floor carpet and mats are full of water. I wet vac'ed 2 gallons of water two times from all four floor wells but especially from be back seat floor boards. I have a growing fowl smell because of the extensive water damage. I went to the dealer and they said they looked it over and did not see anything wrong and asked me to give them the car for a day for them to investigate. I surely must not be the first person to have this problem. I felt like I was being put off and not served with care. I have owned/leased several Toyota cars and have not had a problem with any of them. I understand this fix could cost a lot because of the need to replace the pad and carpet. Not a happy camper.
