I am sure I'm not the only person experiencing this problem. it is definitely a safety issue at not being able to see the speedometer or other instruments. this problem occurred on my 2008 Camry LE. it happened the same way the lights would come on at startup and then fade out. they would only stay on if the Daytime Running Lights were tuned off. But that would not enable the headlights. Toyota needs to take care of this issue at their cost.
