Customer service and the BluLogic web site states that the BluLogic will work with voice recognition cell phones. IT DOES NOT. REPEAT IT DOES'T WORK. You can only load 20 names in and that is it. Toyota needs to contact Ford and find out how to really put a bluetooth system in the vehicles.
Just another reason why I will NEVER purchase a Toyota again, even after own Toyota for 13 years.
