I heard a noise that sounded like something dragging on the underneath of the car. I took it in and was told that the splash shield was dragging on the ground. It was reinstalled with 6 new clips and they didn't charge me. It has fallen down again once since then. The mechanic at the dealer said it was a somewhat common problem that was the result of a design flaw.
