I have a 2011 that i purchased and then noticed a foul smell. I thought was the air vent filter so i changed only to find out that wasn't the problem. I then got on internet and started reading about the issue and still to this day Toyota hasn't fixed or even suggested they would fix the problem. I had much older cars that never smelled like this car.
