The contact owns a 2010 Toyota Camry. The contact was driving 30 mph on June 6, 2010 during rainy weather conditions when the windshield wiper blades became stuck together in the middle of the window. He had to stop the vehicle and attempt separate them, to no avail. He was forced to wait until the rain stopped in order to continue driving. The following day he took the vehicle to the dealer who stated that the failure usually occurred in the winter during inclement weather. The mechanic repaired the wiper blades and confirmed that the screws were loose and not aligned. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure when the complaint was filed. The failure mileage was 1,020 and the current mileage was 1,044. Updated 11/04/10
