It has been at the dealer twice for this issue. The first time they said they removed debris from the heater box the second time they did a TSB to replace the evaporator under the dash. The issue was gone for 24 hours and returned.

4 visits to Toyota (all day) leave car
vent replaced - still bad
Now the FTS is coming to find out since Toyota knows there is a "turbulence issue" but no fix at this time
Drop car off again next week (all day) so the FTS guy can validate and decide what to do
