The contact received notification of a manufacturer recall concerning the dashboard and the dealer had not been able to supply the parts for the recall repair within a reasonable time frame. The contact called the dealer for longer than 6 months and was unable to get a response from the dealer. The contact was not experiencing a failure. The VIN was not available.
