Driving lights and back up lights are not bright enough even when changing the bulb. The lights constantly dim while on. The front lights are always on no matter what time of day it is. The rear of the car sways dangerously if driving over anything smooth, bumpy, like a manhole. Or turning and running over a manhole.
The contact owns a 2000 Toyota Camry. The contact stated that the passenger side tail light was cracked and failed to illuminate. The failure was due to the tailgate metal being exposed to water. Also, the tail light warning indicator illuminated. The vehicle was taken to performance Toyota (5676 dixie hwy, fairfield, oh 45014, (888) 928-4767) where it was diagnosed that the plastic housing was cracked and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact stated that the failure was due to a design flaw. The manufacturer was contacted and provided case number: [xxx]. the failure mileage was 38,983. I found recalls of my car about exterior lighting, vehicle speed control, and rear suspension. But I don't know if my car got fixed before since it was a second-hand car. What should I do next?
Whitaker sales sent me on the road with no lights, no spare tire and no jack. They sold me a 2000 Toyota Camry and said no damage but I question this. I questioned the flat tire and the lights.they said things were fine. I will explain more by sending disclosures of the vehicle if you want.
