The tires are constantly going out off balance - car and/or tire dealers state the the defect is not covered by warranty( dot number: Tire size: 2056516 hr )
Consumer was driving on highway at approximately 40 mph on a wet road, vehicle hydroplaned, consumer lost control and struck a guardrail. Air bags did not deploy. Dealer/manufacturer notified.
Full size spare tire was overinflated to about 50 psi. This general hp 400 tire maximum pressure rating printed on tire wall is 44 psi. The owner's manual indicated tire should be inflated to 32 psi. It is a safety issue if tire explodes in trunk or fails on the road.
