Car has been swerving violently around curved roads. The alignment was thrown out of specification by broken coil springs. All other components such as ball joints tie rods wheel bearings... were found to be within spec. Coil springs were both found broken, and unevenly. One coil was missing more coils than the other. If the coils had broken in a different place or there had been traffic a fatal collision could have occurred.
1995 4 cylinder Camry that has a thumping noise when the driver and passenger window buttons pressed to lower the windows.* upon acceleration, the pedal seemed to go about 1/2 to 1 inch before the transmission engaged. The transmission slipped at lower speeds when accelerating or trying to maneuver in a parking lot. The consumer stated it happens sporadically when making a right or left turn.
