While driving 50 mph behind a pick up truck wooden canvas connected to some metal poles flew off the back of the pick up and hit the front of consumer's vehicle. The consumer lost control of the vehicle, spun several times uncontrollably and ran into a lamp pole. Upon impact, the front or side air bags did not deploy. The vehicle was totaled. The consumer was struck in the windshield by a pick up truck bed cover liner.
While traveling on the highway, another vehicle hit consumer from behind, pushing the vehicle into the concrete barrier. Ts the front of the vehicle hit the concrete wall head on. The air bags did not deploy. The vehicle was totaled.
Vehicle was involed in a rear end collison due to ABS failure. Consumer physically applied both feet to brake pedal to stop the vehicle. Vehicle was taken in several times for the problem. Dealer is aware of problem. The air bags failed to deploy and the consumer was injured during the accident.
While driving 55 mph driver's air bag deployed automatically. The air bags deployed and covered the front windshield. The consumer lost her vision and the vehicle ran off the roadway and into a ditch, there was one injury.
Vehicle experienced a frontal collision from passenger's side at an impact of 60-65 mph, which causd vehicle to spin a few times, and both air bags did not deploy.
While driving on dark/rainy road conditions, traveling 30mph, came around a curve, and there were rocks in the road about the size of grapefruits, the right front wheel went over rocks, and both airbags deployed when partially applied the brakes. Contacted dealer. No damage to vehicle, but driver injured.
For no apparent while driving over some grapefruit size rocks, coming around a crub, in rainy weather, the air bag on the driver's and passenger's side deployed. This happen while applying the brakes driving 45 mph.
Vehicle was involved in a frontal collision at 40mp. Upon impact, airbags did not deploy, causing minor injuries. Dealer inspected vehicle, and manufacturer has been notified.
Driving vehicle 25 mph, driver's/passenger's side air bags suddenly deployed. Did not hit anything. Took vehicle to dealership, would not repair until someone looked at vehicle. Someone did. Owner still not heard from dealer.
While driving on freeway approximately 20mph, making a left turn when vehicle in front stopped and was hit. Neither air bags deployed. Dealer said air bags did not deploy because were not wearing seat belts.
