Recently did oil change, regular check-up and even changed battery. The engine was missing few times even while on the freeways and NH. After coming back home it doesn't start anymore. Keeps cranking though! Really sad. But just found out the 1993 is a big thumbs down for the engine :(

I don't even want to take it a shop now and get charged by a wicked looking lady for 2000$. So just gonna get rid of it.

Camry EX V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 137,000 miles

Bought the car from an auction 6 months later water pump and timing belt needed to be replaced, gauges went haywire, 02 sensor was rusty, 2 blown head gaskets, engine coolant leaked occasionally, and radiator seal had split and needed to be replaced and was told I might need a new fuel pump.

I payed $1700 for the car and got quotes to get it fixed for $2200-$3500 and I did not because that is not worth it to me.So I put that much into a new car I was very upset the car passed smog 2 months after I got it and diagnostic was fine but everything just suddenly started falling apart and I couldn't afford it. I was absolutely sold a lemon. I really liked that car I put all new tires on it and rims, got the radiator fixed, got a new paint job, and battery and it failed me 6months later.I am totally disappointed.Has anyone else had these problems?
