car does not brake properly, the speedometer does not work, the oil lamp keeps coming on constantly and two weeks after an oil change the car cut off on me while i was driving it, got an estimate and i was told i need to fix air filter, fuel filter, oil pan gasket, timing belt, tune up, brakes, and what not for 1700.00 more than what the car cost me... i really need a car what should i do??
