Now I'm told my 2018 C-HR is at 74,000 miles and that the transmission is bad. It's 4 years old!!!! It is my only transportation and it's not safe! I've had Toyotas for 35 yrs and never a problem. Now it couldn't get any worse than this! Toyotas mission statement says "To attract and attain customers with high-valued products and services and the most satisfying ownership in America." Now you need to make good on this! Fix my car! And not for $13,000 as I was quoted. This is insane!!!! How can any car company not have a recall on this? It is a known problem and yet nothing is being done. This will be my last Toyota.
