I have been a Toyota owner for 24years , they. Have been good reliable cars - 85 corolla to 53 corolla. I now own a 54 avensis which uses oil. I am told by my Toyota dealer that it is normal. the only solution is to fit new pistons so why not fit them in the first place? I am baffled as they still have the problem today.
