The Entune navigation system on this car does not work. I brought this to the attention of the salesperson immediately after I bought it. He assured me that it was because I was using an old, out of date phone. I bought a new phone. That did not solve the problem. I finally wrote Toyota (toyota_cares. toyota .com). They responded that the problem is that I am using Consumer Cellular as a provider for my phone. I consider this response to be worse than unhelpful. It is obvious to me that Toyota has a margin system that does not perform as it should and they are ready to blame it on the consumer (it's your phone, it's your provider, etc.). This is pure BS! I will now use Google maps on my iPhone - a system which, by the way, DOES WORK. Furthermore, I will not be buying another Toyota when I next buy a car.
