The finish of the leather on the driver's seat has worn off, faded and changed colors since I purchased the vehicle new. While under warranty, the dealer changed out the bottom leather cushion twice, and the back once. Yesterday my Avalon hit 60,000 miles. The driver's seat once again looks like Hell as the leather finish on the bottom and back are both changing, fading and coming off, and the side panel that houses the seat adjusting controls broke apart.
In short, the interior of the supposed TOP-OF-THE-LINE Toyota is just CRAP, Toyota dealers know this, and the Mfg's answer is to replace parts with more defective parts until the warranty ends; THEN its the customers problem!! I know Toyota IS NOT one of the companies with plans to Make America Great Again!
