I have a 2013 Toyota Avalon LTD Hybrid with the option of heated/cooled front seats. They do not cool. I took to the dealer twice and they informed me that I have seat "refreshers" and are working "as designed". If this is true Toyota is wrongly selling an option that does not work well at all. Most car companies have the heated/cooled seats that work like they are cool. I had a Ford F150 with cooled seats and my wife has a 2012 Hyundai Azera that the cooled seats work great!!! First and Last Toyota I will ever buy!!
