The contact owns a 2010 Toyota Avalon. The contact stated that the vehicle's hose to drain the water from the sun roof out of the vehicle was detached, which caused water to leak onto the floor of the vehicle. The contact took the vehicle to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the hose needed to be re-attached. The vehicle was repaired; however, the failure recurred. The contact returned the vehicle to the dealer. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 99,700.
