My 2001 4Runner will "hydroplane" mostly when the weather is above 70°, in dry conditions, on turns (mostly tight turns), and when going between 30-50mph. When it turns on it always beeps and the light flashes, sometimes it slams on the brakes and has almost flipped me a couple times. I have taken it to 3 different mechanics including a dealership, all of them have been unable to fix the issue and have no idea what is causing it to happen. I've spent thousands of dollars and 3 years trying to get it fixed and I can't seem to get any answers.
