My left rear shock broke away from the frame. There is no place to mount the shock as it is completely corroded. I am told that the right side is just as corroded and it is just a matter of time before that mount is gone. Now what am I supposed to do!!
I called the dealer and left a message with the service manager who did not return my call. I also emailed the service manager and received an auto-response that the email was received; however, I did not get an actual response from the dealer. NOTHING LIKE BEING IGNORED!
Toyota needs to fix this on their dime or buy the entire vehicle back! I am only running with one shock. If I have an accident with this vehicle when the one shock breaks loose from the mount, I'll sue Toyota for as much as I can!!
Update from May 8, 2019: I would like to remove this complaint.
