The vehicle began a minor fish tale wet road conditions traveling 49 mph. The vehicle would not correct when the driver attempted to properly correct the fish tale. This resulted in the vehicle sliding off the shoulder. The rear wheel snapped off the axle while the vehicle was traveling at a much slower rate (maybe 10 mph) which caused the vehicle to roll one and half times. The air bags did not deploy.
