I have never been so excited as I was when I was told that my Tesla model X was ahead of schedule and that I was one of the first people to get it in the Los Angeles area. It arrived and was perfection!!! until I noticed that it wasn't... at all. There was a dent in the car exterior, the interior of the trunk was coming apart and there was a strange irregularity in the glass at the back. It was all taken down and Tesla promised to be in touch to fix it. I drove it off the lot and my brakes started to squeal... every time I pushed them. Do you know what it's like to have a BRAND NEW $120,000 that runs as silent as a ghost, that everyone turns to look at in awe and it squeals to a stop like a f*cking trash truck? The gull wing door censor is intermittent which caused it to open into a wall once, another repair. The windshield wiper fluid doesn't work, or wasn't filled up, the passenger front door opens, but if you leave it open it clicks over and over again trying to shut or something, the driver door doesn't do that... I've called Tesla half a dozen times to get in to a service appointment and no one calls me back. What did I just spend $120,000 on? a chance to be embarrassed every time someone comes up to ask me "Wow! Is that the new Tesla? What's it like?" and I'm telling them... "well... it's a P.O.S. Don't waste your time." Does anyone at Tesla care? Is there a complaints email or hotline for me to talk to? Nope. Elon Musk had the balls to thank the people who bought the model s and model x because they helped fund the model 3... are you KIDDING ME??????? This isn't exactly the kind of f*cked I had previously imagined when thinking of Elon... I am extremely dissatisfied.
