2023 purchased in sept 2023, car works amazing. I admit I haven't really been washing my car as much as I should have but after the winter I noticed the rocker panel fading like that. I first got confused thinking maybe there's some sort of tape or material that was glued over but no it's literally part of the panel and only the bottom part faded into a yellowish color.
Brought it in to Tesla, they tried to 'buff' it out or clean it, didn't work so they told me they'd just paint it under warranty, well that was in March. I called and they kept saying someone should call you in the next couple of weeks. it's obviously an annoyance rather than a risk but still, I'm not too impressed by Tesla's response.
