Received my new Tesla Model 3 LR 2022 on 9/20/22 and took it into service 9/28 to fix wind issue, which was resolved. On the early morning of 9/29 the Tesla stopped charging and I was completely locked out. Unable to remove the charge cable.
It took over 2 hours to get Roadside to come. They were able to open the car with a jump to the 12volt battery. I immediately took the Tesla to the Service Center on Barranca in Irvine, Ca.
I was told it would take some time to repair. I have been given different information. Finally on Oct 4, after many text messages. I am told the problem has to do with a faulty power conversion system.
Also, a quality technician is required to do the job and they are few.
As of Oct 5, they have not started working on my car. Boy, what a disappointment Tesla is and the service in unreliable.
