Purchased the car on sep 2007,within 3 days ,my car have to be given for servicing due to engine noise,then again two months time,the service and the TATA vehicles sucks and the service sucks at VST CHENNAI-INDIA.they have changed my car tires, giving false explanation,saying that the manufactures deliver with different serial numbers when the vehicle is delivered.have given more than 10 times for service ,for the same issue, and several complaints has been lodged still no go...Now i have a weird problem -DIESEL PUMP LEAKAGE- But the service people has suggested me to change my CAM VALUE.Am frustrated not only by service and by the vehicle too..lot of problems from the day i got delivery,have complained to manufactured unit still no go...contacted GM OF VST CHENNAI - INDIA.STILL NO GO..he has not done anything to resolve my issue,instead of that he gave lame excuses with different issues which is irrelevant with my car problem.Have paid money for the extended warranty,but the service people get money from me every time, i have issues with my problem with the car for extended warranty,they have not given be bills for extended warranty,instead of that they have charged extra for that,after the bill is procured for cash payment.the company and service sucks.i would people not to buy any tata vehicle in future.
