The contact owns a 2011 Suzuki SX4. The contact stated was using the tire jack to lift the vehicle and change a tire. During the process, the bass of the jack bent and the vehicle fell back down to the ground. The vehicle was not taken to have the failure diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 2,700. The VIN was unavailable.
