The airbag light is consistently on and when I took it to the dealer I was informed that it's the passenger seat that is causing the light to be activated. Why should I have to pay the dealer approximately $2000 to replace the passenger seat after the warranty ran out? Suzuki should be held responsible if someone is hurt or possibly killed if there is an accident and the airbag isn't activated, because of a seat mat that they placed in the vehicle on the passenger side. It seems that other driver's of Suzuki SX4 cars have the same problem.

Passenger side air bag sensor indicates the module needs replaced. Cost to repair in the $1000's. contacted Suzuki's customer service to utilize customer assistant program, they offered no help in paying for huge expense. It is my understanding that there are others Suzuki customers experiencing the same problem with the same result. My complaint is: T Suzuki is rated high in safety ratings and I wonder why the component is not covered by warranty, and how in good faith can they claim #1 safety ratings, when in fact if I were in an accident the passenger side air bags may or may not deploy" is this legal" I want this problem documented so that myself and others my benefit from the information.

We purchased a 2008 Suzuki sx 4 this past summer, I love my car and this is my first new vehicle. However, my complaint is: When I open the door, rain water hits the upholstery and it leaves spots, which this is very disheartening and displeasing to the eyes. I feel that we have given a lot of money for this vehicle and also trying to conserve gasoline. The only way to get rid of the spots is to shampoo the material. Which I have had to purchase a shampooer. And then when it rains again you are in the same boat of having to clean it ! the dealer has put the scotch guard on this vehicle twice, they (Suzuki dealer) said this is all they can do. They suggested I fill a complaint. They said eventually there will be a recall. What do you suggest? thank you for taking the time to read my complaint. I hope soon and very soon you will fix this problem.
