Rear shocks failed prematurely. There's a loud "thunk" when you go over a bump. Suzuki issued a technical bulletin: Ts 01 05223

The contact owns a 2010 Suzuki Kizashi. The contact stated that the front tires would wear prematurely. The dealer was unable to diagnose the failure and provided the contact with new tires. The manufacturer was notified, but denied any assistance with repairs to the failure. A local mechanic diagnosed that there was a defect with the caster and camber. The vehicle was in the process of being repaired. The failure mileage was 15,000 and the current mileage was 21,000.
