While driving at 20 mph and turning to the right consumer lost control and hit a telephone pole.upon impact, neither of the air bags deployed.

While driving 40 mph vehicle slid on ice, resulting in a head on collision. Vehicle rolled over into a 15 foot embankment. Upon impact, dual air bags did not deploy. Driver sustained severe head injuries.

Consumer was traveling about 60mph on highway and rear end locked up. Vehicle started to spinning and ended up in the grass area. Then, vehicle started rolling down highway four times, and consumer's husband was ejected from vehicle because seat belt didn't hold. Also, airbags didn't deploy. Dealership will be notified.
