The contact owns a 2008 Suzuki Forenza. The contact stated that the headlights and hazard lights failed. The contact also stated that there was a burning odor being emitted. The failure recurred on multiple occasions. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic for diagnostic testing. The mechanic stated that the fuse was melted and burned. In addition, the carpet near the driver side was burned. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. Additionally, the contact received notifications for NHTSA campaign id number: 14V262000 (electrical) and stated that the part was not available for the recall. The approximate failure mileage was 47,000.

The contact owns a 2008 Suzuki Forenza. Since February of 2008, the contact has been experiencing issues with the sensors in her vehicle. The first sensor light issue was related to the check engine light. The dealer informed her that the failure was caused by the gas cap not being tightened. The second issued dealt with the air bag sensor light and tire pressure light. The dealer inspected the vehicle and stated that a fuse was causing the failures. The fuses were replaced four times since February of 2008; however, the contact is still experiencing issues with the sensor lights. The failure mileage was 44,585.
