Did they disconnect a wire when they changed the spark plugs, blow a fuse? I don't know why the hybrid system is not working. I noticed the gas engine did not turn off when coasting nor stopped at a red light like it is suppose to do "go electric" to save gas. I am VERY disappointed in this hybrid. The newer Crosstreks get better gas mileage than the hybrid Crosstrek. I am lucky to get 28 mpg, not the advertised 31 mpg!! My Honda Civic Hybrid did MUCH BETTER 38-44 mpg.
