Two days ago I figured in a major car accident which could have been fatal, as my car was hit on the front right side. I have suffered back and neck problems and pains in my legs. Based on preliminary assessment by my insurance adjuster, it looks like my car was totaled. Due to the strong impact of the collision, I am undergoing mental and physical pain and anguish. I however was fortunately alive.
I would like to point out that despite the collision, my air bags were not deployed. It was very frustrating on my end because I bought Subaru (as well as my sister) due to its safety features and its reputation to produce strong and safe cars. However, to be provided with a car that is seemingly defective and deviates from what was promised or designed is terribly disturbing. I could have died. Was I provided with a defective car?
I would like to seek an explanation and plan of action on your end before I evaluate my options as a consumer. I question the quality of this car that I purchased which was brand new. This is certainly unacceptable and I feel betrayed knowing that I could have died. I narrowly escaped death and I have missed work because of this.
