While driving my Subaru Tribeca the vehicle would not accelerate properly it seemed as though there was some resistance, then the at oil temp light came on flashing along with the cruise control light flashing and the vehicle dynamics light came on flashing as well. Then the vehicle temp went up and I had to drive slow to get home.
I took the vehicle to the shop 5 times for this same problem only for the them to reset the troubleshooting and say it was a brake booster that needed replaced. Then the next time it was a faulty brake booster module. Then it was a brake light out is why the lights flashed, then it was parking light out, then it was the trunk hatch light out. Then it was the tag light out that supposedly caused all of this. I mentioned to them I have had to replace bulbs for all of those before 5 years ago and it did not cause these lights to flashing lights on my dash from bulbs being burned out. Sadly I was charged for these replacements. Each time I had to pay for their negligence. This Tribeca has been a money pit for me.
