Screen often freezes from a few seconds to nearly a minute. The screen sometimes goes black for several seconds.

Sound system sometimes acts like it has blown a speaker when switching from car play media back to radio. Sound usually returns to normal after turning off the vehicle and restarting.

I have been to the dealership 4 times in 6 months for this issue. I have contacted Subaru of America. I have not gotten any answer as to why this is happening nor an acceptable solution to the issue.
