I was having issues with brakes being too soft and having to push pedal to floor. I was concerned about my safety and comfort and called dealer who told me it was normal. Scheduled service because under warranty and would not get me in until 4 weeks later... However on the accident date I tried to apply brakes and they would not work ending up over the end of my driveway into the woods and collided with a tree. Air bags deployed. Extensive damage to front end. Thoroughly frustrated with this situation. Waiting on insurance adjuster.
