The system just decides to not work. I cannot connect to bluetooth or to apple carplay because the system will put my call on hold every 10 seconds. It doesn't acknowledge my finger or will glitch to a different screen without any warning. It's extremely distracting and ultimately be safe driving a 2012 vehicle with the tape blue tooth because I am essentially unable to use any handsfree device in my car. Subaru diminishes my issues and claims they need to diagnose the "radio" issues, but the screen controls my entire vehicle.
