Subaru-maps.com tech assistant had to assist with navigation update download which took overnight plus 3 more hours of unnecessary wasted time. Tiara was very helpful, but she was also frustrated by the arcane system of codes, and order of entry of data that was very user unfriendly, and outrageously expensive.
