Needed a tow due to dead battery (probably due to electrical/electronics issue not yet identified by dealer; see separate report).
Crawl to back of car to get towing hook (can't open back door without power). Tow driver can't install towing hook because the factory-installed trailer hitch blocks its path. I'm required to sign a waiver because tow truck driver has to hook onto the suspension system, which is not ideal for its health.
"Poor design" says tow truck driver.
