Had a 2016, smell became so bad I traded it for a 2017. Soon found out that the Dealer calls it an "Open System" which causes the odor and there is no fix. Can't park in garage due to odor infiltrating the automobile cabin. Love it except for this and THIS is a Killer! Most likely will get rid of my second Outback in a row never to purchase ANY Subaru again..
