The Infotainment unit is full of bugs. It recognizes Sirius XM but only plays the ads to purchase a subscription, even though I have had an active subscription for a couple of months. I called Sirius XM and they sent a refresh signal, nothing happened. They told me the multimedia unit's firmware is faulty on Subarus and there's nothing they can do.
