Was driving the 2016 OBP up through the mountains on I-68 on the way back to West Virginia when my car started to lose power, so I gave it some gas and the transmission exploded. Not quite sure the reasoning behind it, but the dealership suspects that the front differential overheated, exploded, and then caused issues with the transmission. We are being told that this is not covered under TSB 16-115-18 from Subaru of America and the Dealership, even though it's still under 100,000 miles and within the 10 years. Do not buy a Subaru, since they seem to not want to stand behind their products.
