Traveling to ME from IA, using Subaru Navigation as primary map system. Directed us off major Interstate route over George Washington bridge and into what ever borough in NYC. Couldn't get system to straighten out and everything froze up. Couldn't even change the Sirius XM station. Pushed the assist button on overhead panel and asked for help. The lady that answered was only concerned if we felt safe or not, said she would transfer me to someone who could help, was hung up on. Turned off car and things seemed to reset. Same thing happened when trying to go around Boston, sent through Lexington and Woburn residential areas complete with multiple stops and turns. Starlink and Nav system froze up twice more. Texted our saleman back in IA, his first comment was the Nav is not part of theStarlink, like I care. I just want to be able to get to where I have set the Nav system to go without being sidetracked into large metro areas I've never been to before and don't want things to freeze up to the point that I have to shut off the car.
