I am physically fit and active. We bought the Outback in 2015 and have experienced back pain and leg pain on even short trips(200 miles). I thought it was the adjustment, but no amount of re-configuration in seat adjustment will solve the problem.
Love the car, I mean it does everything that you could ask of a modern automobile, but the seats are total BS.
Looking for another vehicle, will not buy another Subaru!
