I purchased a Subaru because they were the "best" vehicle on the market. Their resale value was "really great." Now I find out, per the Subaru department, that my Subaru is worth 4,152.00. I have owned two Honda 's and both had over 200,000 miles without incurring any issues. In my opinion, there should not be an issue with the exhaust. This vehicle is not driven hard, it is not taken off-road and bumped around a lot, there is no excuse for this to have occurred.
It is my opinion that the quality of Subaru is not what has been advertised. The repair department does the side-step and keeps the client believing that everything is okay until the warranty expires.
