I notice that every time it rains hard, I have water on my back hatch shelf. I was told that this was due to the seal had deteriorated around the back hatch light. It will not be covered under warranty as the car has surpassed the 3 year/36,000 mile warranty. This is a design flaw. The car is a 2013 Subaru Outback. We have owned Outbacks since 1998 and this has NEVER happened before. This is not right. Has anyone else had this problem?
