So after my original light failed me I bought some new bulbs at the dealer. They did no have OEM readily available but did have some aftermarket bulbs endorsed by the dealership and I would assume Subaru too. So I bought and installed them at the dealership with the service person doing one and me doing the other. They seemed to work fine until the driver side light burned out. I mean that literally. When I took the bulb out I noticed that the wiring and connection clip was melted and that there was black burn marks inside the light housing. FAIL! So about 600 dollars later I bought TWO new light housings and replaced them both for good measure. Still love the car, but disappointed.
