When we purchased the car, it had a poor heater blower. After a few weeks (and I don't recall the purchase date), I took it in to the dealership. They said it was normal. I've owned many cars in my lifetime, and this is not normal at all! It starts, but the floor blowers are almost worthless. The upper ones blow a little better, but they are not strong. The one just over the gas pedal eventually burns your foot so bad, you have to turn it off, but your other driver's foot is freezing. The dealership said it would have to tear the whole dash apart, and they didn't see a problem. It is nearly worthless, and I won't buy another Subaru because of this and a couple other problems.
